Glasgow’s Bid for the Curry Capital of Britain 2012

Four Indian restaurants have been chosen by the public to represent Glasgow in the Curry Capital of Britain 2012 competition, they are:

  • Koolba – 109 Candleriggs, Glasgow, G1 1NP
  • Mister Singh’s149 Elderslie Street, Glasgow, G3 7JR
  • Mother India1347 Argyle Street, Glasgow, G3 8AD
  • Neelim – 1590 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow, G14 9DB


Glasgow has won the title four times previously and we’re hoping this year to make it a fabulous fifth. The winning city will be announced on Monday, October 29, so watch this space!
