Tour of Britain – finish (15 September)
Glasgow will host the finish of the UK’s premier road race, the Tour of Britain. The tour will thunder through Glasgow’s streets as the city hosts the finishing celebrations for this high-adrenalin competition. DeVere Ladies Scottish Open (20 – 22 September)
After an 11-year absence the Ladies European Tour has announced the return of the Ladies Scottish Open. The chosen course, The Carrick at Cameron House is named after the award winning Canadian golf architect Douglas Carrick. The 18-hole par 71 course straddles the Highland Boundary Fault line - the front 9 holes are played in the Lowlands and the back 9 holes in the Highlands. KYLIE: The Exhibition (21 September – 13 January 2008)
This exhibition, taking place at the stunning Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, will explore Kylie Minogue as a popular icon and international performer.
