  • Outline Planning Permission has been sought by Miller Developments Limited for a site to the South of London Road on Fullarton Road for the erection of office and hotel.
 
  • Full planning permission has been sought by Grasshopper Hotels Limited at 87 Union Street for a 30 bedroom hotel.  The rooms will be stylish and individual and at the higher end of the budget market - from £65-£95 per night.
 
  • Planning permission has been sought by North Limited for a site on Howard Street/Dixon Street in Glasgow for a 229 room budget hotel with retail and restaurant space.
 
  • Planning permission has been sought by MRP (Glasgow) Limited for a site bounded by Lancefield Quay/Lancefield Street/Elliot in Glasgow for a mixed use development comprising 2 hotels, offices (Class 4), flatted residential development, multi storey car park, retail units and landscaping.
 
  • Tower Developments have sought planning for the use of the office building at 137-141 West Nile Street/38 Sauchiehall Street as a 210 bed hotel.
 
  • Glasgow Indigo Hotel LP are also looking for planning for the use of a vacant office building at 75 Waterloo Street as a hotel, bar and restaurant.
 
  • Full planning permission has been sought by MHSBR Properties for a site at Bellahouston Academy Annex, 423 Paisley Road West, Glasgow, for a 110 room budget hotel.
 
  • Full Planning Permission has been sought by Jam Hotels Limited for a site at 1 Hill Street Glasgow for a development of 134 bedroom budget hotel.
 
  • Planning permission has been sought by Glasgow Indigio Hotel for a site on Waterloo Street in Glasgow for a 96 bedroom hotel plus associated ground floor bar/restaurant facilities, rooftop extension.
