Now it its 14th year, Celtic Connections – Glasgow’s annual traditional music festival – attracts over 100,000 concert-goers annually.
This year it takes place from January 17 – February 4 and no matter where you are in the world, you can experience performances and interviews live on the festival’s own radio station run by Celtic Music Radio Ltd.
The broadcast’s are being streamed through Glasgow City Marketing Bureau’s website www.seeglasgow.com with hundreds of people already tuning in from as far afield as France, Poland and the USA.
Councillor Mosson, said: “Celtic Connections is considered one of the city’s highlight events and it is great to know that people all over the world will be able to tune into some of the fantastic performances via the magic of internet radio.”
